How It All Started
Welcome to Lomo Truck, the local spot for authentic Peruvian cuisine. Cesar, Cesar Jr., and Victor brought their family’s recipes from Lima to New Jersey. Cesar started in NYC as a dishwasher at Inti Raymi and became a line cook, learning traditional Peruvian dishes. One night, a late-night craving for Lomo Saltado sparked the idea for Lomo Truck. Today, locations in Woodland Park and Garfield share fresh, authentic Peruvian flavors with the community.

Our menu is packed with options from el mejor ceviche to Peruvian Chaufa, making us the best seafood takeout in the tri-state area. Our Lomo Saltado, a late-night snack turned signature dish, is a crowd favorite, along with Papa a la Huancaina and Salchipapas. We also offer fresh seafood delivery like Ceviche de Camaron, crispy fried chicken, and Peruvian desserts such as flan to complete every meal.
